Should one take 2nd dose of covishield vaccination if gets pregnant after 1st shot? Can I take vaccination within a month of taking a first dose?

The time gap has to be maintained between 1st n 2nd dose of vaccination. Vaccination is safe in pregnancy but if u r not pregnant better to avoid n complete the vaccination first
