Hello Doctor,
I just fear that everything I touch has covid virus. Will the virus carry to everything I touch after touching covid virus?
I mean if I touched contaminated place and then touch anything after that (car door, home door, pen, mobile) will that virus carry to these? In short from hand ✋ to door, car, mobile etc?
I got habit of not touching anything and if I touch I use sanitization to everything I touch.
I want to get rid of this

It looks like you are extremely afraid of covid-19 and you often have thoughts of the disease. You are afraid that you may get infected. You are following safety precautions of sanitising your hand and that is good.
It will be good if you can work on reducing stress levels. You don’t have to feel too worried. All you have to do is follow safety precautions and get vaccinated. A psychologist will guide you on how you can reduce stress and feel calm.
It could be the sign of health anxiety, or OCD. One need to get it dignosed properly and start the treatment accordingly.

Hi... As per the statistics, the human transmission is the major source of spread of Covid-19. Transmission through infected surfaces is much less, but still you can keep doing hand sanitisation on regular intervals to be safe.

This is kind of an addiction, when we want to perfect something ,we keep putting all of our focus into it and there is a habit formed and when you are not satisfactorily doing something about it because there is always information overload about covid virus and their consequences .
So even if you wanted to really come out of this Dopamine secretion will get less and you wouldn't be happy about doing that .
Differentiating the subconscious wiring with this habit and thoughts ,it is very easy to resolve this .
