I suffered with Covid in Sept 2020, I had only mild fever no other issues at that time.
I work in PSU and in between few of my colleagues tested positive. I always wear surgical mask and won't remove except having water and food, I always sanitized my hands...but still I have fear of of infection agains. This pressure suffocates me and won't focus on any thing... how can I come out of it ... kindly help pls

-If you have already contracted the virus, chances of getting infected are reduced significantly; however, there is still a chance of getting infected anyway so being careful is paramount.
-You may feel better if you talked to someone about your fears, preferably an expert. Given that the current pandemic has caused a lot of people to experience mental health struggles, you could benefit from talking with a mental health professional who may guide you better to deal with your fears and anxiety about the infection.
