Covid reports are normal ct scan also
Had low grade fever and low spo2 92 and high pulse rate. started predmet and ziffy on 5th day All the reports are normal. What could be the issue? 5th day of predmet my o2 is now 94/95

Take that medicine as you mentioned above for 5 day only and Multivitamin , Zinc, And Vitamin C should be continue for 14 day and Tab Calpol 500 mg as Fever and body pain come . For SPO2 you should do some breath exercise and with rest on prone position .
