I have been detected covid-19 positive on 30.11.2020 and now as I have completed 14 days quarantine ...can I go home and start normal routine. I have done HRCT and blood test on 11.12.20 and all reports were found in normal range with no congestion in chest

Yes u can go home and take all precautionary measures and remain inside ur home x 1 more week .
