Covid query
Hello, i got mil fever on 10th August which lasted for 24-30 hours. I tested positive for Covid on 14th and currently completely isolated. I am home isolated & did NOT took any medicines. Currently, i have mild cold (but stuffed nose) and lost 50 percent taste and smell. I would highly appreciate if some experts share their views on my below queries. 1) When can i be assured that i hv stopped infecting so can call back mh family home? 2) Do i need to take any specific medicine now? 3) No cough at all so shall I really have my chest xray or any other test? 4) when can i regain my taste and smell sense? 5) Lastly, i am anxious that Covid might have some long term or permanent consequences on my health. What can i do to avoid it? I mean what treatment, ayurveda or homeopathy etc?

Firstly you need to be calm. Panicking won't do you any good. Based on your symptoms the disease is not very severe on your case and should be self resolving. You can keep a check on your vitals like oxygen saturation and pulse using a pulse oximeter, regular temperature and blood pressure monitoring. You can start on multivitamins, antiseptic gargles and steam inhalation
Next Steps
kindly visit the clinic or contact for a teleconsultation for a proper evaluation, investigation and further treatment as needed
