Hello ma’am Sorry to hear about your concern If your mother is pre Diabetic , such high doses of Metformin and glimperide is not needed first of all. Is she hypertensive too? Because she is receiving antihypertensives For now the phase she has entered is inflammatory phase that can turn concerning . So, monitor very closely during this time
Next Steps
1. Monitor fever , SpO2 and signs of worsening cough , increased breathing , difficulty to breath or increased lethargy or anorexia 2. MDI BUDAMATE 400 - 2puffs BD * 10 days 3. Tab Montair Lc - odhs * 10 days 4. Continue multivitamins / vitamin D3 60k - once weekly
