Hello,
Our family of 2 adults and a child is currently covid positive. I have a few queries. I'd be grateful if a doctor could answer them -
1. How long to stay in isolation? Some say 7 days, some say 10 days. We all are asymptomatic. We have fatigue and weakness, no fever etc.
2. When can we resume exercise after recovery? As in after how many days? Especially weight training and free hand exercise.
3. Is it necessary to take another RTPCR to ensure we are negative at the end of isolation? Some docs are saying it isn't necessary, just complete your quarantine period and if no fever etc, then no need to take retest.
Thank you so much.

7 days isolation is enough if asymptomatic and no retest required after 7 days.
Weight training and other exercises can be resumed in 3-4 days gradually increasing the duration and capacity.
Check for any issues and consult if needed
Isolation period is 7 days from the onset of symptoms
U can resume exercise once u finish our isolation period if u no longer have weakness or body ache
No need of repeat rt-pcr
