Today is my 10th day and my productive cough is increased. Im on doxy dabigo dexa ivet...as its pneumonia. My spo as of today is between 96 to 94. Is it ok? Will it be cured or will it go worst? I'm worried abt spo. No other symptoms only lot of cough. When I'm coughing I'm feelinf the sensation of phelgm at back n front of lungs as well.

If symptoms in covid do not resolve after 5-7 days. Then A full clinical assessment  is needed with detailed history and investigations like HRCT chest and inflammatory markers. You may require to change Your antibiotics and add some steroids.

when saturation goes to 94 , sleep in prone position for few minutes it will go up... add cough syrup and steam inhalation

Symptoms if worsen beyond 5-7 days of onset can be because of increase in systemic inflammation/ cytokine storm

Your saturation should not fall beliw 93% Keep charting If it does or if symposia worsen contact the physician you consulted for medication
