may b ur taking antipyretic as well so fever is nt dere since cough is productive u need to tke sm antibiotics too..try this
tab allegra 1 tab at night time
tab Azithromycin 500mg once a day fr 5 days
tab pan 40mg once a day fr 5 days
syp Grilinctus 2tbs thrice a day fr 5 days
Next Steps
if it persist beyond two weeks get a chest xray done and sputum test for tuberculosis.
