My baby tested +ve and all others tested -ve 20days back... Now after a month on a retest baby tested -ve and all other family members tested +ve... Is there any chance of getting covid again from other family members to my baby?

As far as there is no symptoms, there is no need of any treatment
Be in quarantine for 14 days
Keep feeding the baby
After covid exposure, antibodies formation is there, which will fight for next few months,so chance of again covid positive report is less for few months atleast.
