Hi 2.6 years old baby boy.temp on forehead is normal but if I see on neck and back it is showing 37.7-38 c
Since 8th June I have been giving him paracetomol syrup levocetrizine syrup and for 3 days I have used azithromycin and using nebulizer ion and cough syrup for cough.used paracetomol yesterday night till morning temp was not there now when I checked on forehead it's normal but near neck and back it is showing 37.7-38 should I consider it as fever .it's already 12 days I have been using paracetomol syrup should I use more ?covid test was done 7 days back .he is having mucous phelgm and cough

Temperature to be checked by digital thermometer in the armpit, not with the gun.
Avoid unnecessary medicines to the child, especially antibiotics. All have side effects.

It would be a good idea to show a doctor in person in view of the long term fever that he is having.
