SpO2 level 94% and above is acceptable less that is a signal of risk... 89 is much lower than the acceptable limit.. What is the age of the patient ?

arrange oxygenation at home if possible...get HRCT Chest, D-Dimer test, CRP test done along with blood for cbc and fasting sugar..
