Covid negative but fever and spo2=88-90

Hi sir/mam, My father has a fever since last 7-8 days and since last 4 days fever is around 102...also he is showing spo2 around 90 on left hand finger and 88 on right hand finger.. and a pain in the center downside of chest since last 4-5 days. Please suggest
