Covid like symptoms

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I was covid positive on 30th may.on 9th june i was tested negative.i was hispitalused and had taken ramdesevir 9 dose. But after returning home i am feeling headache,body ache,weakness,eyes ache ,extreme leg ache ,shortness of breath etc. Is it a sign of covid again?
