Will any patient with brain stroke history be impacted dangerously if they get corona. Will their blood clots will form again?

Microthrombus formation especially in lung small vessels are seen in some covid patients, patient while has brain stroke already on bloodthinners will have less impact on brain. If they are debilitated they may have more lung problems.
