I'm having high fever 101.4F° after receiving covisheild vaccine . Taken dolo650 but that doesn't work . Can I take nimesulide and paracetamol?

After cpvid immunization fever is Normal Continue with paracetamol vitamins and plenty of fluids The fever will settle in,2-3,days

Yes you can take nimesulide with paracetamol, if fever not responding to pcm only.
Next Steps
dont take nimesulide in empty stomach,  it can cause gastric problem

These are post vaccination effects. Take pcm 650 or dolo 650mg every 4hrly and go cold sponging if required

No I won’t prefer neumosilide. Take paracetamol 6 hourly . It will come down . If don’t try sponging

Just continue with Paracetamol every 4-6 hours if needed. Don't take nimesulide.

Don't take nimesulide...hold on take paracetamol 4hrly if needed Hydrate yourself and tepid sponging if temperatures above 100 Some people experience high temperature Don't panic
