My fever is gone after 2 days of testing covid positive, and cough is also getting better..no shortness of breath...no chest congestion... it's been 3 days i have no fever...am i on a path to recover??

Probably yes but don't rejoice there are many strains of the virus .....so be cautious as it can relapse ..... Take all immunity boosting supplements also if possible get a good pulse oximeter
