Could this be herpes?
I had a rash on the head of my penis, I used clotrimazole cream and after 2-3 weeks it went, however the head of my penis doesn't look the same ever since due to the shiny redness of the glans and when I masturbate it gets dry and bits come off. But I wash like 3 times a day constantly making sure it's clean and nothing is pealing. Months of this still happening I've just noticed a couple of red spots/patches appear around the head again.
