Hello doctors,
I'm a 28 y/o male. Using hair removal cream on and under penis for years now. I noticed my underneath skin of penis between ball sack and lower part of penis head appears like a burn patient skin. Is it actually because of using hair removal cream causing chemical burn? Will this be curable and get back normal? Please help!

Hair removal creams can cause contact dermatitis, especially on sensitive body parts.
But we cannot pinpoint the exact cause of your skin problem without detailed consultation.
Yes some hair removal creams may have chemicals that may cause skin burn specially on the scrotal sac since the skin is thin . You may wash it dry it and apply coconut oil or a gentle moisturising cream. Just make sure it does not get infected or is not already infected . Sometimes the burnt skin will peel like in small black or brown skin tags and that leaves the underlying skin sore and red .
I can only tell you this by common knowledge and experience.
But if you want to get a consult please book a tele-consult here and I can look into it in detail and advise further
Otherwise just visit a local Dermatologist and they will recommend proper care
Hope this helps
