Could someone advice

Asked for Female, 23 Years

I am using lens for sight, in last to last Monday in the process of removing lens, my right eye is became red and it's painful and irritated. I have used Ciplox eye drops and taken full rest then it is recovered.Today I have used my lens again Afternoon something fell into my eye and again I am facing the same issue.Could someone advice me whether I need to consult doctor immediately or another medicines preferable without consulting doctor? I am working Women I need sit min 6-8 hours infront of system.
