Could it be Ectopic Pregnancy?
Hello, I am currently 5 weeks pregnant, my HCG levels on cycle day 28 were 142 and on cycle day 32(4 days later) were 807, according to my doctor they doubled every 48 hours. I have constant right lower back pain and feel very constipated. I never had a history of ectopic before but my last two pregnancies ended up in miscarraige(1st one in 7weeks - due to no heartbeat and second due to incompetent cervix at 20weeks). My question is, is it an ectopic pregnancy given the symptoms of lower back pain on right side and constipated feeling? Never had ectopic pregnancy before and hcg doubled every 48hours last week. Thank you in advance!

The best way would be to get ultrasound done to assess teg situation. Bhcg gets doubled in normal cases . Ectopic is associated with pain / bleeding/ dizziness and sometimes with no symptoms at all
