Coughing with Blood
My colleague has reported Coughing with blood. He did HRCT Thorax yesterday in consultation with doctor. The report says " SUBTLE GGO seen in left upper lobe. Alveolar Bleed". Is there anything serious?

Manage conservatively and investigate for the cause of hemoptysis by Sputum testing or Bronchoscopy BAL.

Investigations have to be done to know the cause. Pl consult pulmonologist with detailed history and reports and treatment taken for better evaluation and treatment.
