Epistaxis or bleeding through nose is very common in summers. Also please make sure that no object is stuck in his nose. Whether there's been any fever or associated symptoms?
Next Steps
Please take him to the hospital. Dehydration caused by blood loss can worsen any condition. if the boy can drink, please make sure he's hydrated.

Hi, does the kid have a history of recent fall or hit on head? Is he feeling dizziness? If yes then he needs to go to the hospital. If not then it’s due to heat. Do not lift heavy weight, avoid sun exposure, ask him to rest and lie down. Do not give any oily or spicy foods.
