Coughing problem & Jammed Nose.

Hlw sir. I'm having a really bad coughing problem. It's been almost four years since it was started. Actually the cough is very sticky and my nose gets jammed everyday. I use nasal sprays 3-4 times in day to clear my nose. Please help me get through this problem.
