Coughing and sneezing

My mother is having a very dangerous coughing and sneezing problem, she gets it once in every 4 months and gets releif only after getting an injection. She can't breathe that much coughing, dry and wet cough. Any solution or what kind of doctor should we take her

this weird cough is due to strong reflex and this usually occurs in dry mouth or dry respiratory track ,body tries to exhale the crusts and moist it with inhalers and avoid salty food , shakes and banana are like best friend in this
