Cough with phlegm
On 21/01/2020 I have suffered with Fever, Cold and Cough, at the time I was taken paracetamol and after one day No Fever, but Cold and Cough is there till last week of February 2020 after all cleared. Then From 12th Mar 2020 again started Dry Cough, on 31th Mar 2020 I was visited nearest PHC for there advise and they given the below Tablets for 5 Days. Amoxicillin 500 MG, Paracetamol 500 MG , Certirizen 10 MG After taking the above, Cough was reduced, but short breath was started. Then, on 04/03/2020 I have consult Dr. TLN Swamy ( Pulmonology, Care Hospitals, Hyderabad) through Video Consultation and he advised to take the below Tablets for 5 Days. 1. Tab. Montek LC 2. Tab. Azithral 500 MG For second opinion I have consulted Dr. Anand Kalaakar, General Madeline (Appollo Clinic, Pune) through "PRACTO" he is advised the below along with Dr. TLN Swamy prescription. 1. Reswas Syrup - 5 Days 2. Deriphyllin Tablet - 3 Days, now I have Dry Cough with phlegm some times only 5/6 times/day

You hav taken enough medication already. It’s time to maintain hygiene of surroundings. Avoiding cold n dusty places. Don’t eat or drink cold items. Drink plenty of water.
