Cough with phlegm
My 3 year old son has hacking cough for last 3 days, have given him Spongia 30 but there is not much relief still.
He's very irritated and bothered with the nasal discharge of yellowish phlegm. Please advice another homeopathic remedy.

nasal discharge is yellow...so chest xmaination must...to check for any adventitious sound.
