3 year old son not talking well
My son is 3 years and 6 months old but he has not started to talk properly till now. He talks in words only and not in sentences. He started to go to Nursery from June. After that there is much improvement. He started to speak more words but still only words no sentences. Is there anything to worry?? Which specialist should I consult for this issue??

Agreed that his milestones are little slow but that is not a big problem at all......as I have got it he has some problem with his speech only, and a pediatrician can guide you better for this.
Next Steps
one of the condition is tongue tie in which children find it difficult to speak , but it is a curable condition
