Cough since more than 25 days
Hi Doctor's,
I have been suffering with cough from more than 3 weeks. I had taken all the medicines prescribed by the Pharmacist and today i consulted the doctor regarding this. The doctor had asked me to do couple of test and come back.
Symptoms:
-Heavy pressures cough while laying down or sitting with a support mostly when back is resting to something.
-Phlegm with blood most of the time.
-No sleep at night due to cough.
-Ears and head are having sharp pain while coughing hard.
Please help

Cough lasting for more than three weeks needs to be evaluated in detail to rule out sinister causes such as tuberculosis. You may need undergo detailed chest examination, x ray of the chest and sputum examination to identify cause for your problem
