I am 5 months pregnant and suffering from severe cough, the intensity of my coughing is very high. Having cough since a week. I am taking Adulsa cough syrup but it is not working, I have been doing home remedies like, steam, gurgles, but still there is no relief, Can I consume Sitopaladi churna? Is it safe during pregnancy?
