Cough From 1 month
Hi Doctor,
I have been suffering from cough for the past one month. Which not affecting me on daily it comes often. And when I sleep I do not find any cough.
Please suggest medicine for the same.

There can be many reasons for cough.
It could either be allergic or infective.
You will need a blood count (CBC) and a chest x ray to make a clear image between these.
It can simply by an allergic reaction due to pollen in the atmosphere but that would generally occur every year and not just this year.
Also at this point of time it can also be corona virus.
Things like sputum (balgam wali khasi), evening rise of fever, weight loss can also point towards TB.
A paid consultation with the required tests will make a diagnosis and thus treatment protocol clearer.

There can be many reasons for cough
- History of smoking
- acidity problems
- bronchitis etc
A complete and detailed evaluation is required
Till then u can try home remedies
Salt warm water gargles
Honey with warm water
