My 1 year and 3 months old baby is not eating anything and vomits all thing..he is having much cough and fever with 100F

Syp.Calpol 120 5 ml three times a day Syp.Alex Junior 2.5 ml twice a day. Steam inhalation two times a day. Luke warm water for drinking.
