Cough cold and continous sneezing
From Friday nite he had fever cough cold and sneezing. He started with sinarest tablet and Relent+ syrup. Fever is not there but no significant improvement in cough cold and sneezing.As he is sneezing continuously he took cetrizine tab today morning. Steam inhalation and warm water is also not helping.please suggest.

Which kind of cough you are having?
Dry or with sputum? If dry, stop Relent+ syrup. Take syrup for dry cough like Tusq dx syrup instead. Continue other treatment.

if patient is working or driving, he should avoid cetrizine in morning. it makes patient drawsy.
