  4. Cough cold after 3 days of antibiotics.

Cough cold after 3 days of antibiotics
My baby has cough and cold , Baby had cough since 4-5 days . He had fever 2 days back and so we started with noblock and then also the antibiotics .today he will compete the 3 days course , there is no fever after that day but cough and cold remains . Please guide
