Cough.breathing problem
I live in delhi. Recent weather change caused heavy Coughing, breathing problem and body ache. Please suggest.

Hello. You take hepar sulph 30 - twice daily and belladonna 200 once daily for 4 days. You will be ok. Avoid cold food and drinks. Do warm water garggle. Do steam inhalation. Take ginger, pepper kadha. And take rest.
