  4. Cough And phlgm. Please suggest remedy.

Hi. M having twin babies and they are 4 months old. Both are suffering from cough from last 5-6 days and not able to take milk because of cough and phlgam. Please suggest remedy.

Start mucolite drops 0.5ml thrice a day. Nasoclear drops one drop each nostril before feeds. Maxtra drops 0.4ml thrice a day .
