Cough and less urine
My 32 months old has cough and little cold!
He hs not pass urine since last night atleast 10 pm onwards. His water intake was less yesterday due to his bad throat.

Please hydrate him.. Give him more fluids. If he is still not urinating then u need to take him to the nearest hospital and get him examined by a pediatrician and if required put him on IV fluids.

Urine output is the best indicator of sufficient oral fluid intake.
If mild,avoid unnecessary medicine and just give steam inhalations for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
Use paracetamol for fever if required.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician asap for physical examination and treatment.
