Having cough and continue coughing for 2 days... Today got 99.5 fever... Start homeopathy but no improvement

Start a levosalbutamol cough syrup n if fever>100 use paracetamol syrup....If symptoms don't start decreasing from day3 or day4  or child is sick ,consult a local pediatrician
