Cough and cold along with congestion for 4 months old baby. Please advise - natural remedy preferred.

Give nasomist nasal drops 1 drop thrice a day and mucolite drops 0.5ml twice a day both for 3 days. As only breast milk is recommended till 6 months, we cannot give other home remedies at this age.
