Sir baby of Anusha hear his cough is not at all subsiding sir as he is on medication of kofarest and also I am giving him neblisation sir but no use so Wat shld I do now plz reply me as early as possible

If mild,just give steam inhalations 5-6 times a day for cold and cough and decongestant nasal drops for nasal block or increased cough on lying down.
If accompanied by other symptoms like wheezing or breathlessness,consult your paediatrician asap.
