My daughter is 2 months old. She is having cold and cough from last 3 days . Current medicine is attached but no effect

Is the baby given a head bath 2days ago? Is there any breathing difficulty or wheeze? Is the feeding well? Any fever? With above medication, no improvement means,it has to be checked in person as it is very young infant.
