Cough and Cold
My baby 23 months old is suffering from cold with a very runny nose and cough. He had fever 4- 5 days back and was on Crocin DS prescription.No2 the fever has gone but cold is still there.
I have given him Brozeet LS 5 ml and Wikoryl AF 5 ml till yesterday morning.
But since it was around 5 days I continued the medicine, I have stopped it.
Please suggest what to do.
He is getting cranky also because of the discomfort from runny nose and cough.

Try atarax drops 10 t0 12 drops twice a day and put otrivin P nasal drop 1 drop in each nostril thrice a day ..Have patience ..End of the illness is nearby..As your baby is already afebrile (no fever ).
Next Steps
if after 3 days also child is same then get CBC CRP done
