I am suffering from heavy cough and cold from last 15 days , taken medicine till now not recovered . I have taken clavam 625 mg . Montac LC TOSQ X+ syrup .

If it is a viral infection it will take its own time to clear out despite antibiotics as antibiotics work only on bacterial infections. Please get checked again by your local physician to see if it is viral or not? He/she can decide if you need any further tests or not! Until then you can continue with simple cough and cold preparations from the chemist, regular steam inhalations, drinking plenty of water to keep hydrated.
