A corpus leuteum cyst of around 15.5mm has been found on my left ovary , durinv first TVS USG at 5wk 5 days of pregnancy. How is it treated? Will it go away?

It is called as corpus luteum of pregnancy. It supports the pregnancy till 8-12 weeks till the placenta is formed by secreting Progesterone.

Next Steps

After 12 weeks it will go away when the placenta is formed
