Hello, dye used in angiography itself has some adverse effects on kidney and decreases kidney function by toxic effects, raises creatinine even in normal kidney. Since creatine is already high it tells us that kidney function as already decreased and angiography now can cause more adverse effects on kidney . since there are several causes for this (diabetes and hypertension, analgesic nephropathy are most common causes) To reduce creatine first cause should be know by several blood tests and abdominal scan. Please consult a nephrologist.
