I am getting burp and have sligh breathing difficulty. So going for Corona virus test. Is it required to admit in hospital for Corona virus test in Pune?

Sir,  I think you are having Acidity issues or digestion related problem. No you don't need to get admitted for Corona test. They (Private Suburban or Golwilkar)come at home. But you do need prescription of doctors for same.

We doctors are working to take care of you. Stay home. Stay safe. Tips to take care of your nose and throat. 1. Avoid eating Chilled, oily and sour food which may lead to feeling if irritation in throat. 2. Eat food timely. Cut down tea and coffee. It will avoid developing acidity symptoms. 3. If you are prone to get acid reflux, pls avoid late night  spicy, heavy dinners. Ideally have your evening meal in between 7 to 8 pm. Go to bed around 10 pm., Meaning following interval of 2 hours in between meal and sleep time. Try to sleep on left or right side( laterally). Do not sleep on your back which will increase your acid reflux symptoms. 4. Authorities has advised not to use AC . High speed fans thought out the night , leads to lot of dryness in nose and gives feeling of stuffy nose. In such situation applying coconut oil or ghee in nostrils to keep your nasal lining smooth n moist.Dont instill though. 5. Drink enough water throughout the day to avoid dehydration, dryness in mouth etc. 6. Exercise every day at home. It improves your immunity to fight back various infections. 7. Practice meditation, Om chanting, Anulom Vilom pranayama, Shitali pranayama to maintain your  mental health. 7. Eat freshly cooked, healthy, nutritious, balanced food. 8. Lastly STAY HOME AND STAY SAFE.   Yes. Together we can. We shall overcome this difficult phase.
