Continue Steam inhalation three times daily and betadine gargle three times daily. Also take usual iron folic acid and Calcium tablets together with zinc, vit c and vit d. If it's 10 days since onset of symptoms with 3 days of no fever you'll be on way to recovery. Rtpcr repeat test can show positive report for 1 month.
