Clexane Injection reduces risks of blood clotting  but increases chances of bleeding. Itcus uncertain what will be extent of bleeding if it bleeds. So, my advice not to take clexane or any anti coagulant at home. Get admitted in a hospital and take 2nd opinion from your treating doctor. My opinion clexane not required with 781 D dimer where normal is below 500. But further observation and other parameters need to be monitored including monitoring the yrend of D dimer over next a few days. If clexane needed can only be given safely in a hospital.
