Core sore around lip

Asked for Female, 25 Years

I am a 25 year girl sexually active, i am having Lil multiple cluster of blisters in inner lower lip ..this is not that paniful...is it herpes ?? I didn't have this before. I am so worried,if this is herpes ..what should I do and is this a taboo, can it be cured ...can I suppress this from not coming back .. should I take any medicine? please help
